**Essential Job Functions / Responsibilities:

**Duties
Negotiation

  • Work with Order Manager to confirm delivery date from ICO plants. Negotiate favorable price, delivery, terms, and shipping with vendors.
Procurement

  • Purchase assigned intercompany supplies for KOB3 orders.
  • Process all vendor returns in an efficient and timely fashion.
  • Work with plants to ensure proper delivery performance. Work with plants to get all order documentation (drawings, procedures, certificates, etc.)Communication
  • Work with order entry team to ensure purchasing on time. Work with accounts payable to resolve any invoice disputes.

Professional Degree Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business/Logistics
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • High level of math and analytical skills
  • Good negotiation skills English 80% required

Experience Requirements:


  • 2 + years' experience with processes and systems for purchasing, materials, inventory, stockroom, warehouse preferably within automotive industry
  • Strong organizational skills, a good understanding of sourcing and the ability to maintain vendor relationships
  • Use and interpret data to determine purchasing needs and perform inventory management tasks.
  • Experience with Excel, Word, Power Point, Plex and other business software.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills in dealing with team members, leadership and vendors.
  • Strict attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously. Ability to work under mínimal supervision
