    We are currently seeking

    a dynamic individual for the role of Valuation and Feasibility Studies Specialist to join our team:
  • Location : Monterrey or Mexico City, Mexico.
  • Work schedule : Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
  • Work model : Hybrid.
  • Contract Type : Indefinite-term.

    • What is your day to day?

  • Conduct thorough research and analysis on specific properties and real estate markets to gather relevant data for valuation purposes.
  • Evaluate and analyze reports on properties for sale or rent to determine the appropriate property value.
  • Utilize mathematical methods and models to calculate the current value of properties based on factors such as location, size, construction quality, and
  • market conditions.
  • Collaborate closely with appraisers and other professionals to gather and analyze data for valuation purposes.
  • Prepare comprehensive and accurate valuation reports that include property details, valuation methods used, and other relevant information.
  • Stay up to date with market trends and changes in the real estate industry that may impact property values.
  • Provide advice and consultancy to clients regarding real estate investments, financing options, and asset management strategies.
  • Develop and expand the investment business by implementing effective marketing strategies.

    • Required:

  • Civil Engineer, Architect, Industrial Engineer, Economist, Business Administration.
  • Experience: 2 to 3 years in a similar position in investment sales and/or conducting valuation analysis, market studies, and project evaluation.
  • Knowledge of real estate.
  • Advanced level of English.
  • Marketing/Commercial skills.
  • Residing in Monterrey or Mexico City nearby areas.
