- Mantener y custodiar todos los expedientes de solvencia y expedientes de fianzas en su respectivo lugar, administrándolos correctamente integrados y ordenados conforme al procedimiento establecido para su fácil localización y puesta a disposición de las personas que requieren de ellos.
- Controlar los expedientes en préstamo, asegurándola ubicación de los mismos en todo momento con la finalidad de salvaguardar la integridad de la información documental de la operación.
- Realizar depuraciones periódicas tanto de expedientes de fianza como de solvencia con la finalidad de conservar en archivo exclusivamente aquellos que por su antigüedad son requeridos enviando al archivo inactivo todos aquellos que han superado su fase activa.
- Apoyar administrativamente en la operación (elaboración de cartas, obtención de reportes, impresión de pólizas foráneas), digitalizando los expedientes (subir los archivos electrónicos de documentos al sistema) así como capturar fianzas para el correcto control y seguimiento de cada cliente y cada negocio.
