As a
_Finance Manager for Stills Beverages_, you will co-lead/influence the Mexico Stills strategy and create/maximize System's value based on an integrated understanding of the business, while boosting people's experience.


What You'll Do for Us

  • Support franchise relationships with Mexican Bottlers & Jugos Del Valle Finance teams.
  • Perform Monthly financial reports to understand business performance vs Rolling Estimate / Business Plan, providing insights of deviations and Risk and Ops by category (KO & System P&L). Assess balance and provide recommendations.
  • Perform commercial finance analysis (value chain analysis, financial modelling, opportunity assessment, return on investment analysis, cash flow analysis and other financial tools) to develop recommendations to business leads and strategy assessments to support decision making.
  • Provide financial support to innovation initiatives across the Franchise Unit (CIF process) within the timeframe required by project managers, as well as postlaunching reviews.
  • Support key processes evolution and stabilization for the Stills department whilst building a bestinclass collaboration model with central teams (LatAm Operating Unit, Platform Services, Genpact, among others).
  • Partner with other teams to update Value Chains information by Category, Channels, Package, Bottlers, among others.
  • Lead Financial Planning processes along with Platform Services teams: Long Range Planning, Annual Business Plan, Stills Financial Committees, among others.

Qualifications & Requirements
- +5 years of leadership experience in Finance


Key areas:
Commercial Finance, Finance Business Partner, Head of Finance for a Category/Market, Financial Analysis, Business Development

  • 3 years of Massive Consumption Companies experience. Deep understanding of production, selling and distribution processes.
  • Financial Modeling and Valuation. Ability to build models from scratch and support business decisions based on them.
  • Business Intelligence. Capable of designing and building processes and tools to transform raw data into comprehensive information.
  • Understanding of profitability dynamics. Being able to understand/anticipate the impacts of business strategies across the business.
  • Bottling business dynamics. Not necessary but a plus
