For 136+ years The Coca-Cola Company has grown to become the most recognizable brand in the world. In 2020 we launched the Alcoholic Ready to Drink (ARTD) brand Topo Chico Hard Seltzer in Latin America.


Due to the category growth, we are expanding our product innovation and looking for pioneers that know how to expand their thinking and bring new ideas to life.


In this role you will be responsible for creating and executing a strong finance strategy within the Zone/Franchise to drive growth and profitability.

This is an exciting opportunity for a
_Finance Senior Manager for ARTDs and DP (Distribution Partners)__ in Mexico_ to act as an intrapreneur to build and lead a "start-up" in Latin America with the resources and backing of The Coca-Cola Company.

This is an Individual contributor role and will be based in Mexico.


What You'll Do For Us

  • Manage
    Alcoholic Ready to Drink (ARTD) coowned brands &
    Distribution Agreements: budget, price and performance management (PPM).
  • Support endtoend ARTD business planning.
  • Partner with ARTD Finance Operations Lead to support Franchise team and bottlers activities with financial expertise at the Franchise Unit level, to drive alignment across multiple stakeholders, and to develop the key insights needed to inform strategic priorities.
  • Manage all Business Models and Margins within the Franchise.
  • Develop, implement Margin optimization strategy across the entire value chain
  • Manage Revenue growth Management
  • Analyze and Support Working Capital and Cash Management:

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related. An MBA or related master's degree preferred.
- +7 years of leadership experience in senior financial planning or senior commercial finance roles

  • Leadership and management experience.
  • Previous Spirits / Beer Industry experience is a strong requirement for this role
  • Ability to work in a complex and matrixed network across Latin America
  • Ability to understand and anticipate the impacts of business strategies across the Coca-Cola system
  • Strong communication skills (story telling) evidenced by good verbal/written presentation and ability to partner and influence effectively with stakeholders.
  • Must be fluent in English; Spanish is also highly preferred
