Summary

Responsibilities

  • Handling highvolume, high production inbound/outbound contact with customers
  • Actively listen to customer inquiries and/or concerns and resolve quickly and efficiently
  • Deescalate situations involving dissatisfied customers, offering patient assistance and support
  • Case Management handling through documenting all forms of customer communication, interactions, escalation steps and resolution, including the purpose of the contact with clear, concise comprehensive notes capturing all the information necessary
  • Perform timely follow up contact with customers or employees on open cases until concern or inquiry is resolved
  • Collaborate with others to improve customer service
  • Provide recommendations to resolve recurring concerns or newly discovered issues
  • Maintain exceptional product knowledge as it relates to program support
  • Help train/mentor new employees and inform them about the program's values and processes
  • Handle additional projects and assignments as directed

Education

  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent required; some college or vocational training preferred

Experience

  • Minimum of 1 year of sales experience with proven ability to crosssell/upsell
  • Automotive knowledge/experience preferred
- eCommerce and Omnichannel customer service experience preferred

  • CRM software experience preferred

Skills

  • Fluent in English required
  • Effective verbal communication exchanging ideas, thoughts, opinions, knowledge, and data so that the message is received and understood with clarity and purpose
  • Strong grammar, spelling, and sentence structuring for case documentation
