Job Description:

Job Description Summary:

Responsibilities:

Coordinate the background checks, medical exams, offer process and all hiring activities.
Works with external resources including temporary agencies, contract search and internet sourcing tools.
Responsible for the Induction Program of all new hires.
Process the Internal Promotions and move at operative level.
Update vacancies report weekly.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Industrial/ Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or related careers.
Intermediate/ advanced level of English. 2 years of experience in high volume manufacturing recruitment processes.
Previous experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus specifically in Workday
Availability to work on site
Tecate plant.
