Responsibilities:


The Opportunity

  • Deliver the daily route plan for lastmile delivery routes by following SOPs in compliance with SLAs/OLAs.
  • Collaborate with multiple countries and interact with local sales and operations teams on a daily basis.
  • Work under a schedule in accordance with frontline operations: 5 days a week throughout Monday
  • Sunday, with some shifts adjusted for late afternoonevenings.
  • Promote the continuous improvement of processes and give / ask for recurrent feedback from all stakeholders.

Your Impact

Daily Routing Engineer responsibilities would consist of:
  • Deliver daily routing solutions for last
  • mile delivery routes across multiple markets through the use of the tool Omnitracs Roadnet (A/E).
  • Collect and process local operative data, resources and constrains as inputs for routing solutions (C).
  • Support the continuous improvement of routing processes (E).

Who Are We Looking For?

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering / Management (Logistics, tranportation, administration or similar field)
  • Experience:
  • Experience as a route engineer, logistics or in a similar role and in a similar industry.
  • English
  • Strong communication skills (written and oral).
  • Microsoft Office
  • SAP
  • Skills
  • Abstract and mathematical reasoning (understanding of a process, the rationale, analyze its metrics and how to influence them).
  • Ability to selfmanage to plan and meet a daily agenda.
  • Portuguese: Desirable
