ANALISTA DE OPERACION*Requisitos

Educación media superior
Actividades: Programar e impartir capacitaciones para fuerza de ventas en cada tipo de CVA existente, así como los programas de incentivos y promociones. Soporte en plataformas de análisis de fluidos y administración de mantenimientos preventivos a clientes y personal interno. Reportar a jefe directo el estado actual de los objetivos establecidos por el área. Seguimiento a las oportunidades generadas por inspecciones y análisis de aceite con el área de servicio. Establecer alternativas para ofrecer y eficientar el soporte comercial, visitas a clientes con vendedores, negociaciones basadas en soporte técnico. Generar informes sobre temas necesarios para junta de gerentes. Coordinar o apoyar cursos de capacitación junto con jefe de área. Analizar información de inspecciones en plataformas. Generar cotizaciones para convenios de mantenimiento preventivo de acuerdo a los manuales de mantenimiento establecidos por el fabricante. Actualización de tarifas en la plataforma de cotizador web existente. Coordinar la programación de actividades para el cumplimiento de objetivos del departamento. Expedir reportes de seguimiento de actividades semanales. Generar reportes mensuales de cotizaciones cerradas y pendientes por autorizar. Expedir cotizaciones para el área de coordinación de ventas y renovaciones. Participar en las capacitaciones asignadas por la empresa.
