- Develops and implements high-quality Manufacturing solutions that meet customer requirements while specializing in a technical area. Utilizes process improvement techniques and troubleshooting skills in their area.
- Uses appropriate tools to create, analyze, and validate documentation, programs, and processes relevant to their role.
- Demonstrates a solid understanding of supporting Plexus Manufacturing processes, Product Requirements & Specifications, or supplier coordination, within their role.
- Independently carries out responsibilities following manufacturing best practices and provides assistance to production line operators when needed.
- Has a thorough understanding of Equipment, Process control, Safety measures, and operation setup within their role.
- Minimum of an Associate's degree or Diploma in Electronics, Manufacturing, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least One (1) year of relevant experience.
- An equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
