- Atención a personal interno y externo en la recepción de los sites. Brindar soporte a las diferentes áreas de la compañía, gestionando solicitudes de la operatoria diaria del site. Soporte en la recepción y envío de correspondencia de las áreas del site. Recepción y tratamiento de acuerdo a indicaciones, de documentación legal, escaneo y envío a los usuarios de estos documentos. Gestión y seguimiento de archivos de las diferentes áreas del site. Coordinación de los servicios de cafetería y traslados corporativos. Seguimiento de stock de insumos de oficina (librería, Coffe, etc.) y solicitud de reposición para un correcto abastecimiento. coordinación de servicios de catering según requerimientos. Gestión de tarjetas de control de acceso para personal de Meli. Gestión de reservas de cocheras de acuerdo a las características del site Recepción de proveedores, brindando información para el acceso a los sites. Otras tareas puntuales pueden ser asignadas en función a eventos no habituales en los sites.
- 2 años de experiencia previa comprobable
- Conocimiento avanzado de Microsoft Office, internet e intranet.
- Capacidad para comprender, analizar e interpretar documentos complejos.
- Habilidades analíticas y cuantitativas.
