Responsibility Statements

Attends meetings to record needed changes in service delivery processes and systems.
Collects data from customers relating to systems and reports issues impacting service delivery.

Assists with the collection of data required to compile project definitions and cost assessments.
Helps to create project cost estimates by calculating work hours and required resources.
Collects Service Level and Operating Metrics data for business operations reports.
Develops basic knowledge of operating processes, userbased systems, and governing regulations.
Performs other duties as assigned.
