    Descripción

    OBJETIVOOrganizar, dirigir, ejecutar y retroalimentar constantemente al equipo de trabajo a cargo sobre las actividades para el logro de producción y calidad establecido.
    REQUISITOS GENERALES
    • Entre 30 y 45 años
    • Ingeniería industrial o afín.
    • Experiência mínima de 3 años en puestos como supervisor o coordinador de manufactura o producción (deseable en el giro de tarimas).

      FUNCIONES PRINCIPALES
    • Administrar las actividades de Producción
    • Asegurar que su personal porte el equipo de protección personal
    • Asegurar el cumplimiento de los criterios de calidad correspondientes a su área bajo los esquemas de certificación como ISO 22000, ISO 9001, Cadena de Custodia.
    • Asegurarse de la capacitación de su personal a cargo.
    • Asegurar que el trabajo realizado en su área, garantice la calidad del producto.
    • Coordinar a su equipo de trabajo para el cumplimiento de metas en tiempo y forma.
    • Llenado de registros utilizados en el área.
    • Seguimiento en las correcciones señaladas en auditorias tanto internas como externas del área correspondiente.
    • Supervisar las condiciones de las herramientas de trabajo.

    EXPERIENCIA INDISPENSABLE
    • Haber trabajado como Supervisor, Coordinador o Jefe de producción.
    • Conocimientos de operación bajo la norma ISO.
    • Experiência en empresas de manufactura.
    • Elaboración de reportes, experiência en solución y ejecución de planes de contingencia.
