Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams that build great products and contribute to our growth, we are looking for a Production Supervisor located in Guadalajara, North Campus.

Reporting to the Production Manager, responsible for managing a production line, making the correct use of human resources, materials, machinery, and time for the correct execution of production plans.

What a typical day looks like.

Follow up to the daily production plan.
Manage and develop the personnel in charge.
Responsible for End to End process.
Bottleneck analysis.
Hour by hour compliance.
Closing of work orders.
Handling of tracking tools.

Experience we are looking to add to our team:

Engineering or some related experience.
SMT, PTH and Backend knowledge.
Experience in electronic manufacturing.
Knowledge in Lean Manufacturing.
Availability of schedule.
Personnel management.
Knowledge of production control systems (Series, flows, traceability).
Knowledge in repair
General Excel knowledge
Basic English
