Job Summary

To support our exceptional teams developing great products and contributing to our growth, we're seeking an Operations Director based in Juarez, Chihuahua, North Campus.

Reporting to the General Manager, the Operations Director oversees ensuring operational processes are efficient, effective, and aligned with the company's goals for the metal-mechanical organization. Collaborating closely with senior management, the role involves providing strategic leadership to enhance productivity and quality standards in a safe work environment.

What a Typical Day Includes:

• Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations to maintain a safe workplace.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, providing guidance and ensuring alignment with company objectives.
• Ensure production and delivery meet customer specifications at competitive costs.
• Set and execute operational goals.
• Manage budgeting and resource allocation for efficient operations.
• Develop and implement operational programs to align with strategic goals.
• Provide strategic leadership to various departments to exceed customer expectations.
• Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions.
• Implement HR strategies to recruit, train, and retain a skilled workforce.

• BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience.
• Previous experience in the Automotive Industry.
