The Opportunity:
The Latam Strategy (Sector) function plays a critical role in developing the long-term growth and portfolio development of LatAm's sector.
We are tasked with ensuring the company invests in the assets and capabilities needed to stay ahead of the competition and maintain market leadership.
This entails developing actionable solutions for some of the most challenging issues facing the company.
Joining PepsiCo's Latam Strategy function will enable experience the breadth and depth of PepsiCo's sector portfolio and build a deep understanding of both the business and the industry.

The LatAm Strategy team has 4 broad responsibilities:
- Oversee and execute LatAm's enterprise-wide Strategic Planning process
- Internal consultants & business partners to the LatAm organization & leadership
- Cocreate the Strategic agenda for LatAm OUs & partner with local teams for execution
- Partner across other regional Strategy teams and efforts worldwide as applicable
Your Impact:
As Strategy Sr Manager your scope would consist of
- Provide thought leadership to business partners, including the Latam Executive Committee, and other operating leaders on a broad range of businesscritical topics
- Identify & deconstruct business issues to develop strategic, analytical & financial frameworks to conduct analyses
- Demonstrate strong leadership and significant influence management skills with the ability to gain credibility with Sr Leadership while challenging the status quo
- Build "Executive ready" project deliverables
- Support leading the planning and execution of the Strategic Deep Dive (SDD) Process
- Partner with local OU teams (CARICAM) to cocreate Strategy, to be implemented with local Transformation teams
- Lead project teams comprised of Analysts & oversee data analytics processes
- Execute against timesensitive requests from Executive leaders and crossfunctional business partners
- Maintain an external mindset, including staying on top of consumer, competitive, and macroeconomic, geopolitical trends
- Coach a team of 12 Analysts with responsibility for skill development and career management
Qualifications:
Who Are We Looking For?
Education
- Bachelor's degree
Experience
- 8+ years of experience
- MBA Prefered
- Experience in top tier consulting companies (CPG focus desirable)
- Strategic mindset, highly structured and analytical thinker with sound business judgment
- Able to work collaboratively with broader S&T team and the rest of the Sector
- Excellent skills to structure, process & analyze data and translate findings into meaningful insights, integrating relevant business knowledge & learnings from other projects/sources
- Leverage powerfull presentations to create an impactful, concise, and defectfree slide loops & ability to communicate implications & recommendations clearly
- Comfort in ambiguity as demonstrated by being able to adapt in lessstructured environment
- Selfstarter mindset with the ability to "manage up"
- Team player, with experience working in teams and partnering with multiple business functions
- Can do attitude: the ability to enthusiastically and aggressively take ownership of a project, prioritize effectively, and ultimately drive the project through completion.
- Global outlook with sensitivity and awareness of social and cultural differences
- Spanish and English proficiency
