We are searching for the best talent for
Finance Manager, MedTech TranSCend Special Project Controller to be in
Juarez, Mexico.


The Finance Manager will be a part of the finance team supporting the MedTech TranSCend Finance team working with the Deployment Program Management Office on TranSCend, a multi-year global business transformation initiative that will modernize our end-to-end Supply Chain digital capabilities by harmonizing our disparate ecosystem of 40+ major global MD ERP systems, standardizing our core business processes and products, and enabling our coordinated data strategy through a single SAP S/4 HANA instance.


The role will be responsible for providing financial controllership to one of the TranSCend special projects on the overall Project cost planning, Capital Apporiation Request support, budget management.

This role will partner closely with one of the Deployment Project Team on planning, execution and financial management of the project.

He / she will consolidate, frame and deliver the Project financial outlook to the Project Management team. The individual will identify critical factors affecting project finances and evaluates potential options to deliver program spend under budget.

He / She will also be the key liaison to the Global Project Management Office on reporting and managing the project finance expectations.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Partner with Project Deployment Team on Project Planning & Execution
  • Partner with diverse teams to plan, identify and strategize project financial management
  • Track and communicate the project status, maintain & refresh Project Business Case
  • Support value creation portion of the Change and Communication Efforts
  • Drive establishment and implementation of standard process for all Project planning & tracking, including relevant templates and mentorship
  • Collaborate with project leads to establish coordinated project plans / schedules / results
  • Ensure project timeliness and financial health are appropriately managed throughout the project lifecycle
  • Develop and deliver program presentations for seniorlevel MD stakeholders to advise on historical and future project status

  • Minimum of Bachelor's degree
    required ; advanced degree or MBA is highly desireable

Prefer a minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in leadership roles within finance, or large transformation programs.

Prefer solid understanding of Medical Devices Supply Chain or Commercial Operations

  • Demonstrated handson project management/delivery
    preferred:
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiating skills, with proven ability to influence/collaborate to get to desired result

Prefer people management and development experience

  • Strong customer focus (internal & external), including development and management of stakeholders
  • Ability to effectively lead and govern crossfunctional decisionmaking bodies
    is preferred:
  • Knowledge in deploying standardized work processes, tools, and templates
    is preferred:
  • Experience managing to project timelines and milestones in complex business environments
    preferred:
  • Skilled at engaging and building relationships with senior business partners
    required:
  • Outstanding business and digital acumen, including ERP expertise

  • Experience working in a sophisticated, multi-ERP / system environment **preferred
