    Empresa internacional automotriz está en búsqueda de generalista RHActividades:
    • Monitoreo y seguimiento de servicios de la empresa (comedor, taxis, transporte.)
    • Creación de requisiciones para los servicios, seguimiento de PO y pago.
    • Llevar a cabo la difusión y procedimiento de contratación para vacantes internas.
    • Asegurar que el procedimiento de contratación para vacantes internas se lleve de forma correcta.
    • Evaluar que las descripciones de puesto y los requerimientos de personal cumplan con los requisitos solicitados en el área.
    • Llevar a cabo el plan anual de eventos.
    • Inducción.
    • Contratos y seguimiento de periodos de prueba.

    Requisitos:


    • Carrera terminada
    • Experiência como generalista de RH en empresa de manufactura
    • Ingles intermedio avanzadoTipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSalario: $22, $25,000.00 al mesHorario:
