    Misión

    Work in the area of Business/Commercial Development, promoting the company's products and services. Acting in attracting customers, as well as making the brand even more attractive and strong in the Energy market.

    The selected candidate will be responsible for knowing the company's products in order to open a business in Mexico. It is ideal that he or she have a very good network of contacts and a relationship with the CFE to carry out the projects and achieve the objectives

    Perfil

    Experience


    - Bachelor of Science, Preferably in Engineering. MBA desired.


    - Previous experience as T&D BD Manager, at least 5 years, in CFE and / or T&D EPC company or OEM, or Transmission Lines Insulators Industry.

    Responsabilities


    - Responsible for the homologation of products and solutions in CFE.


    - Establishes productive, professional relationships with key stakeholders and project teams in assigned customer accounts. Including C-level, CEO, CTO, and engineering and procurement departments.


    - Coordinates the involvement of company Latam personnel, including Factories, HQ, Project Engineers, Inside Sales, Account Management, Representatives, Services, and Project Management resources to meet account performance objectives and customers' expectations.


    - Meets assigned targets for sales and other Identifies accounts' capital project landscape early and drives the qualification efforts to establish a best-fit project pursuit pipeline for company Latam strategic objectives in assigned market.


    - Develop collaborative relationships with our channel partners / agents to generate enterprise project opportunities.


    - Proactively leads a joint company-strategic account planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, pipeline development, and critical milestones for a one and three-year period.


    -Leads project development efforts that best address customer needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company Latam person.


    - Indirect management of project engineers though out the bidding process to ensure complete package is submitted to the customer on both technical and commercial queries.


    - Uses understanding of customer needs to initiate solutions opportunities and handoff to the appropriate team to expand the customer experience.

    - Excellent organizational and planning skill.


    - Demonstrated skills in verbal/written communications.


    - Demonstrated negotiating and decision-making skill.


    - High commitment to achieving goals and plans.


    - Strong commercial negotiation skills.


    - Leadership, management, and collaborative abilities, able to manage multiple demands and to respond to questions from customers, reps and sales management


    - Strategic thinker, with ability to learn, adapt, and make business decisions quickly to support customer requirements and win business


    - Able to build bridges, break down silos and interested in continuous improvement, learning, and development for self and others.


    - Clear understanding of capital projects business and EPC, and process licensor type customers


    - Ability to build and sustain relationships from operational to C-level


    - Capable of motivating and leading teams in a multi-national and matrix environment, able to lead and influence


    - Deep knowledge of Local T&D Industry, and very good contacts within it at C-Level.


    - Well reputed in T&D Industry


    - Deep knowledge of CFE, from operational to C-level.


    - Travel required: 20-30%


    - Knowledge of Central América T&D market and C-levels would be considered a plus.

    Language fluent in English and Spanish


    - Experience in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, Power Point).


    - Strategic Sales Account Management and successful T&D (Transmission & Distribution

    Industry) Business Development experience required.


    - Elaboration of sales performance indicators.
