    Summary **The Community Manager acts as the liaison between an organization and its audience on social media channels. This role acts as the voice, tone, and moderator of the brand through community support, content distribution, and digital engagement to build brand presence and trust, both online and inperson.

Essential Duties and
Responsibilities - _(Key Activities)_****_
- *
  • Daytoday management of social media channels for RWMYK and Zapote Bar, developing strategic approaches for audience and engagement growth, crafting custom responses and positioning channels to deliver the maximum impact of the overarching brand story
  • Generate, edit, and publish impactful and compelling social media content on a daily basis that increases engagement with our audience, consistently delivers onbrand posts across all social platforms and supports the goals of key internal and external stakeholders
  • Develop a content marketing plan and editorial calendar that is aligned with resort's overarching goals, corporate content timeline, and brand MarComm calendar
  • Plan and oversee the creation of socialfirst content with photography and video partners, including developing detailed briefs and working closely with photographers/videographers onsite during shoots
  • Monitor social media campaigns and analyze web traffic from the online community using key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Stay up to date on new social media tools, real time updates, and best practices, identifying ways for the resort to be at the forefront of social media trends
  • Analyze performance ROIs and share key insights with MarComm team on an ongoing basis with intention to work collaboratively in creating & executing successful social media initiatives
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies for Zapote Bar, acting as the liaison between MarComm and the food & beverage team to align marketing efforts and achieve goals
  • Ensure that all communication platforms adhere to Rosewood's Brand Book guidelines and support the resort's marketing and communication goals
  • Responsible for reputation management, responding to reviews on all platforms for resort, F&B outlets, and Spa
  • Oversee and maintain Google Business optimization efforts, monthly & quarterly audits, and rank tracking
  • Manage content and updates across all thirdparty websites (Tripadvisor, Google Business, Yelp, etc.) for F&B outlets and Spa
  • As a part of the resort's MarComm team, work closely with DOSM and DOC to support the execution of sales & marketing strategy, including marketing communications, public relations, social media & digital marketing
  • Execute propertyspecific actions to support RHR brand's global social media campaigns
  • Assist with onsite content efforts including photo/video shoots and creation of socialfirst marketing collateral, as needed
  • Create inhouse promotions for relevant outlets, including messaging, targeting and measurement
  • Professionally represent the hotel in community and industry organizations and events
  • Contribute to the annual marketing plans and budget process and maintain expenses within the budgeted guidelines
  • Maintain a respectful working relationship with onproperty colleagues and facilitate flow of interdepartmental communication
  • Maintain knowledge of all Rosewood Hotels & Resorts to facilitate cross marketing opportunities
  • Prepare and submit timely monthly reports to Cluster Director of Communications and Regional Director of Sales & Marketing
  • Participate in scheduled sales and/or marketing meetings, training and other strategy related meetings as required
  • Assist with conducting resort site inspections
  • All other duties as required
