    EMPRESA TRANSPORTISTA DE PERSONAL SOLICITA:

    COORDINADOR DE RECURSOS HUMANOS_
    Requisitos:
    • Lic. En Administración, Recursos Humanos, Psicología, Gestión Empresarial o afín
    • Conocimientos de Ley Federal del Trabajo, Ley del Seguro Social, NOM
    • 035
    • Empatía, negociación y apego a normas
      FUNCIONES A DESEMPEÑAR:
    • Supervisar el sano ambiente laboral mediante una correcta aplicación de la LFT y Reglamento Interno de Trabajo.
    • Brindar soporte al personal operativo y administrativo (Constancias, Tramite de Vacaciones, Aclaraciones y/o Dudas)
    • Elaboración de prenómina
    • Resguardo y control de expedientes
    • Publicación de vacantes, reclutamiento y selección de personal
    • Implementar DNC a todos los níveles y mejora continua (inducción y capacitación de personal)
    • Comunicación y coordinación de eventos internos de la empresa
    • Administrar Altas, bajas, incidencias, movimientos del personal y contingencias laborales
    • Generar el diseño organizacional
    • Análisis de rotación, contratación, ausentismo
    • Inicio y término de relaciones laborales
      OFRECEMOS:

    • Sueldo negociable en base a experiência*HORARIO Y UBICACIÓN
      :Lunes a Viernes de 8:00AM a 6:00PM, Sábado (medio día)
