    OBJETIVO:
    Responsable de garantizar el abastecimiento de personal operativo a través del reclutamiento, selección y contratación, con el propósito de proveer de colaboradores con las habilidades, capacidades y experiências que cumplan con los perfiles asignados

    ACTIVIDADES:
    1. Llevar a cabo el proceso de reclutamiento y selección de personal sindicalizado en campo3. Promover estrategias de reclutamiento a nível operativo (volanteo, posteo en redes sociales, ferias de reclutamiento, entre otras)4. Asegurar la cobertura de vacantes a nível sindicalizado en todos los departamentos aplicables (Operaciones, SCM, Calidad, DNP, Mantenimiento, entre otrosc5.Preparar material de reclutamiento y publicar puestos en las correspondientes fuentes de reclutamiento6. Asegurar el proceso completo de reclutamiento (entrevista- postulacion-examen medico-papeleria-programacion a induccion-expediente)7.Alimentar bases de datos del proceso de reclutamiento

    Experiência:
    2 años como redlutador en CAMPOPreferentemente con licencia vigenteEscolaridad, Carrera técnica, licenciatura, licenciatura (trunca)

    Conocimientos:
