    Liderea el departamento de compra y compras indirectas, es responsable de definir e implementar el desempeño de las compras en la planta de acuerdo con el presupuesto, Impulsar el desempeño de adquisiciones para lograr ahorros y mejoras en la entrega, Supervisar el riesgo de los proveedores locales y garantizar que se implementen acciones de mitigación de riesgos y Revisa los inventarios de los almacenes y hace todo lo posible para mantener los niveles establecidos

    Responsabilidades:

    1.-Mantener el valor del inventario en el nivel optimo

    2.- Realizar el prespuesto mensual de compras indirectas con Finanzas y comprador

    3.- Dar seguimiento a proyectos de ahorro con el equipo de sourcing

    4.- Apoyar y resolver issues de escalacion en conjunto con el supervisor de compras y compradores

    5.- Cumplir con las Politicas de Compra y Etica de Rexnord

    6.- Dar estrecho soporte diario al area de compras y areas involucradas para un correcto abasto de materia prima y partes compradas.

    Requisitos:

  • Licenciado en Comercio Internacional, Negocios Internacionales, Ingeniero Industrial, Ingeniero Mecánico, o a fin.
  • Conocimiento de SAP
  • Conocimiento de manejo de inventarios
  • MRP
  • Inglés Avanzado (oral y escrito)
  • 8 años de experiencia en compras de materiales directos
  • 3+ años de experiencias en cotizaciones de nuevos productos
  • Experiencia con manejo de múltiples usuarios y proveedores
  • Experiencia con compliance de procedimientos
