Responsibilities:

Responsibilities:

Assist in the fullcycle recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, scheduling interviews, and conducting phone screenings
Post job openings on job boards, social media, and our company website
Assist in the coordination of recruiting events and job fairs
Support HR team with administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:

Bilingual (English & Spanish) required
1+ year of experience in HR or recruiting preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) suite
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred
