YOUR ROLE
· Ensure the implementation and execution of the internal safety, hygiene, and environmental policies and procedures.
· Develop and provide SHE training for all stakeholders
· Develop, provide, and support workplace risk assessment in sites under his/her responsibility.
· Manage the reviewing and updating of the SHE related legal permits, licenses, etc.
· Ensure the coordination of emergency response plan.
· Support reporting and investigation as well as ensure RACs for corrective/preventive actions of any incident or accident that may occur within the facilities.
· Define and manage SHE related KPIs .
· Stop any activity or process that does not comply with the minimum safety requirements or, failing that, presents any unsafe condition or act.
· Ensure support LEED, WELL or any correspondent building certification whenever required.
YOUR SKILLS
· Proficiency in English and Spanish, Presentation skills, communication skills, people management skills
· Bachelor Degree: Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering and/or Chemical Engineering
· Knowledge of safety and hygiene, occupational safety, crisis management, current and regulatory standards.
· Demonstrated skills in leadership, project management, and problem-solving.
· Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
· Additional SHE certifications
· Commitment to promoting a culture of safety and sustainability within the organization.
