    • Management and execution of reports for the reconciliation of inventories related to Annex 24 and Annex 3 Execute the corresponding actions to keep the company in compliance with current certifications and accredited programs.
    such as IMMEX, PROSEC, and VAT certification.
    • Analyze the BOM to qualify the finished products to meet the criteria of international.
    • Detect possible customs problems, propose and execute solutions before the authority detects them.
    • Provide support for SAT Customs and maquiladora audits, and act as the primary point of contact for all trade compliance matters.
    • Responsible for avoiding fines and surcharges in the area of foreign trade.
    • Obtain, review and file the certificates of origin from the TMEC and the sworn statement of the suppliers of raw materials.
    • Reconcile with the American Customs Agency the correct payment of taxes when the finished product is imported into the United States of America
    • Submit the IMMEX annual report.
    • Generate the INEGI report.
