- Dar seguimiento a los casos ,investigando los bienes (muebles, inmuebles y créditos) que dispone un cliente para respaldar los riesgos que resultan por fianzas.
- Analizar la mejor forma de constitución de garantías o de recuperación, visitando Registros Públicos y Comerciales para confirmar la información crediticia del cliente.
- Preparar y dar seguimiento a la constitución judicial o extrajudicial de garantías así como a la recuperación judicial o extrajudicial, realizando todas las actividades propias a los procedimientos registrales y judiciales.
- Gestionar las reclamaciones, preparando y celebrando convenios para garantizar y recuperar las reclamaciones .
- Dar seguimiento a los pagos comprometidos por los clientes para garantizar el cumplimiento; realizando gestiones judiciales y extrajudiciales cuando éstos pagos se incumplen.
- Realizar la confirmación de pagos de los clientes y el registro de los pagos a través del sistema confianza para llevar un correcto registro y control.
- Atender los procedimientos administrativos con el seguimiento al interior de la compañía en el tema de recuperaciones y constitución de garantías para cumplir con los procesos establecidos.
- Licenciatura en Derecho
- Conocimiento de Leyes Civiles, Mercantiles y Penales
- Conocimiento sobre conciliación, gestión de cobranza y registrales.
- Disponibilidad para viajar (ocasionalmente)
