- Proactively research and provide information/feedback to the different levels of support; make recommendations for support when appropriate, including but not limited to technical troubleshooting processes and standards.
- Documents resolutions, and provide feedback and maintain responsibility for the integrity, relevance and optimal communication of resolutions, resources and tools developed for or by the Store technical Support and Store DevOps or other areas of IT.
- Proactively monitors, research and provide information/feedback to other IT groups regarding new software releases, their impact on production stores or fix releases to stores presenting system issues.
- Proactively monitor drive/server failures, revires system logs to determinate cause of failures; performs activities, including but not limited to requesting reboot of servers, relocation of space, health checks and serves as first point of contact between the Store Technical Support and other functional areas of IT.
- Special certifications or technical skills: Fluent in English and Spanish. LINUX, MS Office, MySQL, AutoZone Stores or Technical experience.
