We are hiring the best talent for
TR JR ANALYST BENEFIT OPERATIONS to be located in
Juarez (Relocation Not Applicable / Applicable).


Key Responsibilities:


  • Support ongoing operations, including but not limited to benefits updates to global benefit administration systems, benefits renewal processing, annual enrollments, system audits, and customer service matters.
  • Interface with Corporate Services, local/regional HR teams, brokers and thirdparty benefit administrators as needed to ensure timely delivery of all LATAM benefitrelated matters.
  • Handle daytoday assigned tasks, initiatives and projects that arise, escalating cases as appropriate.
  • Assist tracking metrics and other reporting requirements.
  • Support special projects and perform additional duties as required.
  • Support acquisitions, divestitures, or restructuring related to Total Rewards matters.

Qualifications:


Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree is required.
  • Intermediate English knowledge is required.
  • It is required to have at least one year of previous experience in a similar role.
  • Intermediate Excel knowledge is required.
  • Portuguese knowledge is a big plus.
