Job Description:

What you'll do:

Translate high level business requirements into physical code. Maintain defined quality standards and procedures
Examination and fixing of assigned customer incidents related to QAD core products post training
Write Unit and System test plans/specifications and perform testing
Code review (self & peer) to ensure conformance to quality standards and specifications
Evaluate, review, design, develop, test, troubleshoot and debug enhancements to the product
Participate in the Patch Release activities

Qualifications:

Minimum three years experience of Java software development in an agile environment, preferably developing enterprise software solutions
Skilled in Javabased technologies; Core Java, Spring Framework
Experience with a modern Javascript Framework / Typescript
Experience with Relational Databases (SQL, MySQL)
Familiarity with writing unit tests and testable components
Experience with modern Source Control strategies
Strong oral and written communication skills
Strong technical and problem solving skills. Able to read existing code, enhance and refactor
BSc. Computer Science or equivalent
Nice to Have: Spring Boot Microservices, Docker, Maven, Continuous Integration and Delivery, Jenkins, Git, Spring Batch, Java 13
