Job Description:

As a
Salesforce Systems Manager, you will be the person responsible of the advanced system administration and configuration of Salesforce CRM platform.

What you'll do:

You will work with stakeholders to define system requirements and customize the platform.
Resolve end user issues and support users through training and documentation of system processes.
Ensure data integrity through process automation and provide tools that allows for team's to monitor data they are responsible for.
Evaluate, implement and maintain connection points to 3rd party tools to enhance the platform.
Other responsibilities include:_
SFDC System Administration
End User Support
Connected Apps (3rd Party)
Tech Debt
Reports and Dashboards
Business Analysis
SFDC Release Management
Dev Ops for development environment
User story requirements assessment

Qualifications:

Professional degree: Bachelors Degree
Other Program /

Supplemental Training:
Salesforce administration certification required. Advanced Salesforce certifications are strongly preferred.

Number of years: Minimum 5 years of experience
Languages: Advanced English.
