We are looking for a Process Engineer with Digital Printing experience; and with travel papers (VISA AND PASSPORT IS ESSENTIAL)

POSITION Summary:

The Process Engineer works effectively with all levels of production workforce & manufacturing management to troubleshoot problems and implement changes quickly and efficiently.

Essential position Functions:

Analyze & plan work force utilization, space requirements and workflow
Design layout of equipment, workspace and mechanical fixtures, jigs, etc. for maximum efficiency and safety as part of Lean Mfg. Program
Confer with vendors to determine product specifications and arrange for purchase of materials, equipment, supplies, etc.
Estimate production times, staffing requirements and related costs to provide information for management decisions
Develop quality difinitions and requirements.
Must be able to see color.

SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS:

Proficiency in all office/business software (Outlook, Excel, Word, ADOBE software, etc.)
Knowledge of time studies and statistical methods and Printing process a must

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

Four year degree from an accredited university
ADOBE or Prinergy software
Minimum of 10 years' experience in a technical and manufacturing environment
Experience with software systems used to monitor manufacturing work flow
Experience with mechanical measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, drop gauges, gauge blocks, etc.
