    giro retail y estas buscando asumir nuevos retos, te estamos buscando
    Requisitos Titulado en licenciaturas administrativas, psicología o afines.

    3 años de experiência en procesos generales de recursos humanos (Reclutamiento, capacitación, Procesos de contrataciones, seguimiento de indicadores y administración de personal.

    Experiência en empresas del giro retail con más de 400 empleados en plantilla y varias sucursales en la región Chihuahua y Juárez.


    Radicar actualmente en Chihuahua
    Tus funciones serán:
    Generar estrategias para la atracción y retención del talento. Administración de personal y atención a clima laboral de las sucursales junto con los gerentes de cada zona. Dar atención a los procesos de relaciones laborales y desarrollo organizacional. Seguimiento a esquemas de compensación y a altas y bajas. Coordinar la implementación del de capacitación establecido.

    Dar seguimiento a indicadores de rotación, cobertura, capacitación y desarrollo de procesos.
    Es sumamente importante contar con al menos 3 años de experiência como coordinador i Gerente de RH en el área de retail con múltiples sucursales.
