We are looking for a Software Developer with at least 6 years of experience to join our team in Guadalajara.

This is an on-site position at Guadalajara, Jalisco

Responsibilities:

Provide development estimates outlining business and technical risks.
Develop software components to support data enrichment and transformation in a highdemand, transactional traffic environment.
Develop and deploy software incrementally in a potentially shippable process with each iteration.
Identify and significantly contribute, where appropriate, to division initiatives.
Provide technical and business explanation and justification for architectural, design, and coding approaches.
Work under tight time constraints.
Execute thorough unit and integration test cases for developed solutions.
Regularly update technical teams as to plans, progress, and issues.
Produce highquality software following best practices and established standards such as Test-Driven Development (TDD), Pair Programming, and maintaining a code to bug ratio below 10%.
Plan, design, enforce, and audit policies and procedures that safeguard the integrity of and access to enterprise systems, files, and data elements.
Develop/maintain and resolve code defects.
Attend daily team meetings to discuss accomplishments, plans, and blockers.
Adhere to agile process and defined development standards including technical design specifications (TDS), code reviews, unit, and integration testing.

Requirements:

At least 6 years of experience in software development
