    1. Renewal preparation in systems, 2. system setup (GLMS, PPA, DWF, etc), 3. CoE hand-off sheet, 4. SOV translation, 5. Multinational coordinaion, 6. prepare and issue quote, binder/slip, policy, 7. finalize GLMS and data quality check, 8. Endorsements handling
