Discover your new role

As a
Tax & Payroll Analyst your job will be act as a consultant for Managers and Directors, conducting cost and tax analyses and creating reports based on financial and fiscal information to make financial decisions.

As well as ensure accurate payroll related calculations.

Will be responsible for supporting tax compliance activities to the Global team,

your chief goal will be to recommend effective tax strategies that comply with laws and promote our company's financial well-being.

Your Day-to-Day
As a
Tax & Payroll Analyst for our Finance team, you will perform the following activities and responsibilities:

Payroll:

Properly performs the preparation of Journal Entries for Payroll Accounting and Reconciliations for the entities/business units in Mexico, US, Panama and Spain to ensure accurate reporting in accordance with Company's Policies.
Prepare, review and approve payroll for all countries.
Oversee payroll transactions.
Analyze compensationrelated data such as bonuses.
Understanding and creating policies and procedures to maintain effective internal controls.

Taxation:

Prepare and submit all necessary paperwork for tax deductions and benefits.
Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual tax reports, declarations, tax returns, payments, and necessary paperwork.
Preparing federal and state income tax with local CPAs.
Assess and research difficult tax issues to identify solutions.
Manage and maintain the company's tax database.
Determine tax savings and recommend strategies to improve profits.
Ensure you comply with regulations by forwarding required information to federal, state, and local authorities.

Must-have

Accounting Degree
Excellent communication, attitude, and relationship skills.
Fluent English is a must.
Good knowledge in

Microsoft Office:
Excel, Powerpoint, Word, Sharepoint

Strong Analytical skills
General Ledger Accounts
Knowledge of General Accounting Principles
Detailed Oriented
Payroll taxes
Time management
Adaptability

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

Knowledge in NetSuite or other CRM systems is a plus.
