    Quality Manager.

    Prevent the production and shipment of non-conforming material, establishing the necessary controls to guarantee the process and the product, in order to reduce the cost of low quality and maintain the qualification of an acceptable supplier with all clients.

    Your Role

  • Assist the client to solve problems related to quality and product delivery in order to maintain a healthy and productive relationship, anticipating possible problems.
  • Ensure the control of suppliers to guarantee that all the raw material that arrives at the plant meets the quality requirements that are established.
  • Guarantee that the products and processes meet the established quality requirements in order to have reliable products.
  • Monitor floor quality to ensure that all process and product controls are performed in a timely manner and that any necessary corrective actions are taken.
  • Validate and launch new products to ensure that the customer that the new processes are capable of delivering products with the required quality.

    • Your Background

  • University degree in relevant field
  • Fluent English
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Automotive Industry as same position
  • Extensive Experience with Customer's Contact and specific Customer Requirements
  • Guarantee that the products and processes meet the established quality requirements in order to have reliable products.
  • Assist the client to solve problems related to quality and product delivery in order to maintain a healthy and productive relationship, anticipating possible problems.
  • Problem solving techniques (8D, 6 Sigma)
  • Statistical analysis techniques, statistical process control.
  • IATF Standard 16979, AIAG Manuals, VDA
