Your New Role


As the Lead of VMS (Vendor Management System) Operations, you will be responsible for providing day-to-day oversight and expertise in the administration and optimization of the VMS platform used for managing WBD's contingent workforce programs.

Your role will involve overseeing the day-to-day operations, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring the effective utilization of the VMS system to streamline contingent talent acquisition and management processes.

Your strong technical skills, attention to detail, and ability to drive system enhancements will be key to success in this role.


Your Role Accountabilities

  • VMS Administration: Take a handson approach in administering the VMS platform, including user access management, troubleshooting escalation, system testing as needed, etc.
  • Team Leadership: Provide leadership and guidance to your team, ensuring they have the necessary resources, training, and support to excel in their roles.
  • System Optimization and Innovation: Continuously evaluate and optimize the VMS system, identifying opportunities for process automation, workflow improvements, and enhanced system functionality to increase efficiency and user satisfaction. Keep abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in VMS administration, contributing to the continuous improvement and innovation of the VMS platform.
  • Vendor Management: In partnership with Technology, collaborate with VMS provider to address system issues, implement system upgrades or enhancements, and ensure seamless integrations.
  • Partner, support, and oversee MSP's utilization of our VMS
  • Data Integrity and Reporting: Oversee data integrity within the VMS system, conducting regular audits, resolving discrepancies, and generating accurate reports to provide stakeholders with insights into contingent talent metrics and performance.
  • User Support and Training: Ensure VMS users receive timely and effective support, partnering with the Global Managed Services Provider (MSP) to troubleshoot issues and deliver training sessions to enhance user proficiency and adoption.
  • System Enhancements and Upgrades: Work closely with stakeholders, including the Contingent Talent team and key business unit requirements, HR, Procurement, IT, and MSP to identify system enhancement requirements, participate in testing activities, and help manage the change of new features or system upgrades.
  • Compliance and Security: Partner with Technology to ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and adherence to security protocols within the VMS system, taking proactive measures to mitigate risks and protect sensitive information.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to align VMS administration processes with overall contingent talent management strategies, fostering collaboration and effective resource allocation.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or relevant experience.
  • 4+ years experience in VMS administration, vendor management, or related roles.
  • Proficient in using VMS platforms, such as Beeline, Fieldglass, or similar systems.
  • Strong technical skills and understanding of VMS functionality, configuration, and integrations.
  • Experience in change management is desirable
  • Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role is highly desirable. Detailoriented with exceptional organizational skills to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
  • Excellent problemsolving and analytical abilities to troubleshoot system issues and drive improvements.
  • Strong communication, customer service and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
  • Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Fluency in English, written and spoken
