- Experiencia previa en desarrollo backend/frontend, productos, preferiblemente en un rol sénior o de liderazgo técnico.
- Habilidades demostradas de liderazgo y gestión de equipos, idealmente con experiencia en gestión de proyectos.
- Profundo conocimiento técnico en tecnologías Web, arquitectura de sistemas, bases de datos, microservicios, etc..
- Experiencia con metodologías ágiles y herramientas de gestión de proyectos.
- Fuertes habilidades de comunicación y capacidad para trabajar eficazmente en un entorno multidisciplinario.
- Capacidad para resolver problemas complejos y tomar decisiones basadas en datos.
- Gestión de proyectos y productos de una sola empresa
- Gestión del equipo de ingeniería, incluyendo la mentoría, el desarrollo profesional y la evaluación del desempeño.
- Gestionar el ciclo de vida completo del desarrollo de software,
- Interacción directa con el equipo de producto para fortalecer el ciclo de vida de desarrollo del producto, desde la planificación hasta la implementación, asegurando el cumplimiento de los plazos y la calidad del producto.
- Colaborar con líderes y equipos (como frontend, UX/UI, operaciones y producto) para asegurar la cohesión y la eficiencia en el desarrollo.
- Contribuir a la definición y optimización de procesos de desarrollo, metodologías ágiles y prácticas de entrega continua.
- Participar en la revisión de código, diseño de arquitectura y decisiones tecnológicas críticas.
- Ayudar en la contratación, capacitación y retención de talento técnico.
- Gestionar la comunicación y la relación con las partes interesadas internas y externas respecto a los aspectos técnicos del proyecto.
