    Descripción
    Comply with CI processes, Quality Systems and Environmental Administration.

    Contribute to increase the company profits through the CI process and Quality System, give support with several activities, including office duties, investigation and management roles.

    This position requires a high level of discretion for all the confidential information that will be exposed.


    Additional activities are:


    • Coordinate travel arrangements and prepares travel expenses statements in Concur for the Plant Manager and Staff.
    • Handle logistics with company driver and outsourcing drivers for corporate visits, associates and suppliers.
    • Run daily reports and make power point presentations for upper management.
    • Translations for Upper Management and Staff.
    • Setting up WebEx meetings and conference rooms for meetings or events.
    • Give support to the Finance Department with petty cash, accounts payable (submit payments on time from suppliers e.g. FedEx etc.)
    • Support with CI activities (yearly and monthly best cell).
    • Support to the Plant Manager with the implementation of observations in Velocity and CI Ideas.
    • Attend to Safety and Quality walks on behalf of the Plant Manager when needed.
    • Handle confidential information with discretion.
    • Comply and enforce with the HSE policy.
    LI-KG1Bachelor Business Administration or Bilingual Secretary+ 5 years of experience
    • Strong knowledge in Excel, Power Point, Outlook, Concur and Interpersonal communication.
