Job Summary:


The Transformation Program Manager supports RAC's Transformation Office in effectively leading their programs with internal partners and stakeholders in building strong stakeholder relationships of trust, designing requirements, creating execution plans, facilitating change management, capturing and reporting metrics on critical priorities and program activities, and providing the Transformation Office and RAC leadership with timely data and information for informed decision making.


Job contributions and key responsibilities:


Change Management

Transformation

  • Manage Transformation Office people/ process/ technology program working with all levels of stakeholders to bring regions together with common systems, tools, process, standards, and business vertical alignment.

Programs Portfolio

  • Develope, evaluate, manage and report on program health assessment for a portfolio of programs while ensuring stakeholder requirements are met resulting in the expected business value and impact.

Program Implementation

Change Driving

  • Partner closely with Transformation Office communication, training, and communications team to help drive lasting change and keep stakeholders informed throughout the organization.

Project Teams

  • Oversee and build the capability of multiple project teams, ensuring program goals are reached, and fiscal discipline in administering program activities is maintained by analyzing, evaluating, and reporting on program risks and issues.
  • Communicate risks and/or issues to managers and stakeholders in a timely manner with mitigation options:
  • Exercises shared responsibility for budget, policy formulation and planning.
  • Maintains appropriate staffing requirements to meet operational needs.
  • Ensures vendor performance is monitored and actions taken if performance warrants.

Other duties as assigned.

Skills & Knowledge:


  • Advanced user project management, business process management, business intelligence, and CRM tools.
  • Uptodate knowledge of methodologies and trends in large program management, business and IT.
  • Demonstrated success in past roles helping companies transform Operations, Data and Technology.
  • Extensive experience and comfort managing several concurrent projects of varying structures and types.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience and indirect team leadership of crossfunctional resources.
  • Good negotiation, influencing and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent analytical skills, the ability to manage multiple parallel projects under strict timelines, as well as the ability to work well in a demanding, dynamic environment and meet overall objectives.
  • Strong personal credibility and leadership skills; can comfortably lead senior executives through difficult tradeoff discussions and creatively drive consensus.
  • Proactive project management skill set with structure and ability to prioritize.
  • Organization, attention to detail, and followthrough on small and large tasks.

Education Level:

Bachelor's degree (or higher) In Business Administration, Business Management or an IT related field.


Years of experience:


  • 5+ years of verifiable directrelated experience.
  • Experience with enterprise resource management processes and systems (Oracle, SAP or related) and Enterprise Data Management
  • Agro-Tech industry experience is preferred

License required:


  • PMP/PMI certification preferred

Travel requirements:


  • Ability to travel 5% of the time domestic and international
