    Descripción

    Estamos en búsqueda de un director de RRHH, para desarrollar las siguientes funciones en nuestra empresa internacional:

    -Desarrollar y aplicar estrategias, políticas y programas de RR.HH. acordes con las metas y objetivos de organización.

    -Supervisar el proceso de contratación y selección, garantizando la contratación de candidatos cualificados que se ajusten a la cultura y los requisitos de la empresa.

    -Gestionar y administrar los programas de prestaciones de los empleados, incluidos el seguro médico, los planes de jubilación y las políticas de permisos.

    -Desarrollar y aplicar sistemas de gestión del rendimiento, incluidos el establecimiento de objetivos, las evaluaciones del rendimiento y los planes de desarrollo de los empleados.

    -Proporcionar orientación y apoyo a directivos y empleados en asuntos relacionados con los RRHH, incluidas las relaciones con los empleados, las medidas disciplinarias y la resolución de conflictos.

    -Desarrollar y aplicar programas de formación y desarrollo para mejorar las competencias de los empleados y promover el crecimiento profesional.

    -Garantizar el cumplimiento de las leyes y reglamentos laborales, incluida la igualdad de oportunidades de empleo y la acción afirmativa.

    -Gestionar las relaciones con los empleados, incluidas la tramitación de reclamaciones, la realización de investigaciones y la resolución de conflictos.

    -Supervisar la estructura de remuneración y beneficios, garantizando la competitividad y la alineación con las normas del sector.

    -Dirigir y gestionar un equipo de profesionales de RR.HH., proporcionándoles orientación, formación y oportunidades de desarrollo.



    Requisitos:

    -Ingles avanzado

    -Licenciatura en Psicología, Recursos Humanos, Administración, o un campo relacionado.

    -Mínimo de 10 años de experiencia progresiva en RRHH, incluyendo al menos 3-5 años en un puesto directivo o de liderazgo.

    -Conocimiento profundo de la legislación laboral, la normativa y las mejores prácticas de RRHH.

    -Experiencia en el desarrollo y la aplicación de estrategias y programas de RRHH.

    -Experiencia demostrada en la dirección y gestión de un equipo de profesionales de RRHH.
