What are we looking for in you?

Fluency in English: Speak and write English fluently (B2 level or higher).
Local residence: Reside in Puerto Vallarta or surrounding areas for an office position.
Education: High school diploma or bachelor's degree.
Previous experience: Preferably, 6 months or more in similar positions.
Technical skills: Basic computer skills, especially in Microsoft Office.
Legal knowledge: A plus, but not mandatory.

Key responsibilities:

Administrative support to the lawyer.
Assistance with legal documentation (nonlitigation).
Scheduling and confirming appointments for lawyers in the United States.
Drafting, proofreading, and filing or sending legal documents.
Providing updates to clients.
Appointment scheduling and lead generation.
