    Job Description

    • Manage and coordinate the resources of the area (personnel, machinery, equipment, budget) to ensure compliance with the production ticket through Quality, Cost, and Safety Objectives.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
    • Previous experience as a production leader.
    • Proficiency in troubleshooting tools.
    • Advanced level of English proficiency (upper B2).
    • Experience in KPI management.
    • Skills in managing employed and unionized personnel.
    • Proficiency in Leader Standard Work Management.
    • Ability to generate responsibility and empowerment.
    • Strong focus on results and quality leadership.
