- Achieve monthly/quarterly Revenue and Margin targets
- Provide precise and timely quotations to customers
- Obtain and uphold accreditations in Vendor programs
- Generate and manage a pipeline of deals in TD SYNNEX's CRM system, regularly reviewed and updated
- Proactively nurture relationships with key internal and external contacts
- Provide, sell, and negotiate product information, pricing, special offers, and promotions
- Ensure TD SYNNEX maintains service level agreements with customers
- Promote the advantages of using TD SYNNEX and the Company value proposition
- Create and execute account plans to sustain and expand customer business, potentially with a Field Sales Executive or Business Development Manager.
- Effective communication skills with ability to deliver at all levels;
- Must be proactive and self-motivated;
- Analytical & numerate with excellent attention to Detail
- Problem solving & negotiation skills
- Effective time management and prioritizing
- Must have strong organization skills with ability to plan, prioritize, and maintain focus;
- An enthusiastic team player with a strong drive to create a positive work environment
- Able to work and achieve deadlines under pressure in fast changing environment
- Microsoft Office including Word, Excel & Outlook.
- IT Channel Sales and/or Purchasing Experience.
- Basic understanding of computer hardware & software.
- Experience of SAP R3 / BW would be advantageous
