    Job Purpose:

    To reach individual and team profit targets while providing exceptional service to TD SYNNEX's customers, maintaining high levels of accuracy, efficiency, and service to all customers & vendors.

    Responsibilities:

    • Achieve monthly/quarterly Revenue and Margin targets
    • Provide precise and timely quotations to customers
    • Obtain and uphold accreditations in Vendor programs
    • Generate and manage a pipeline of deals in TD SYNNEX's CRM system, regularly reviewed and updated
    • Proactively nurture relationships with key internal and external contacts
    • Provide, sell, and negotiate product information, pricing, special offers, and promotions
    • Ensure TD SYNNEX maintains service level agreements with customers
    • Promote the advantages of using TD SYNNEX and the Company value proposition
    • Create and execute account plans to sustain and expand customer business, potentially with a Field Sales Executive or Business Development Manager.

    Knowledge Skills and Experience:

    • Effective communication skills with ability to deliver at all levels;
    • Must be proactive and self-motivated;
    • Analytical & numerate with excellent attention to Detail
    • Problem solving & negotiation skills
    • Effective time management and prioritizing
    • Must have strong organization skills with ability to plan, prioritize, and maintain focus;
    • An enthusiastic team player with a strong drive to create a positive work environment
    • Able to work and achieve deadlines under pressure in fast changing environment
    • Microsoft Office including Word, Excel & Outlook.
    • IT Channel Sales and/or Purchasing Experience.
    • Basic understanding of computer hardware & software.
    • Experience of SAP R3 / BW would be advantageous
