Job Description:

Plant specialist in PFMEA and Control Plan.

  • Moderate meetings with Value Streams for creation or modifications of flowcharts, control plans, PFMEA's and Management of Characteristics.
  • Develop FMEA and Control Plan on time for new products or modifications in current documents based on Value Stream needs and according to contracting documented.
  • Ensure compliance with internal and customer standards to follow FMEA and Control Plan methodology according to Bosch (or Customer Specific Requirements).
  • FMEA/CP moderation, lead JuP1 core team and other groups to create and update FMEA/CP, documents OPL, meeting minutes, etc and follow up accordingly.
  • FMEA, CP process confirmation.
  • Document Control and records according to Bosch regulations.
  • Ensure recommended action process is implemented. Track, monitor, escalate, etc. actions defined from PFMEA.
  • Define methods, standardize practices, processes in JuP
  • Reporting, Continuous Improvement, Functional Excellence
  • Lead data driven team, with periodic reviews of KPI's/A3 that highlight focus areas and actions through PDCA cycle.
  • Follow up to activities and action plans derived from KPI's/A
  • Periodically report results and systematically analyze and improve.
  • Continuous Communication with other plants and Division. Perform Benchmarking activities to continuously improve JuP1 processes
  • Participate in Bosch initiatives and support quality and environmental plant goals.
  • Leadership/ CptM
  • Identify training needs in CptM and addresses those opportunities on time
  • Coach and give mandatory trainings in FMEA/CP topics (TQ011,TQ012, MoC,etc.)

Qualifications:


Education:


  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering discipline (Electronics, Mechatronic, Mechanic, Physics or Industrial Engineering)
  • Master's degree in engineering desirable
  • English: Advanced
  • PFMEA/CP/Overview List CDQ0301 (IQP portion) during product realization process. Making sure defined special characteristics are included.
  • Provide Quality history and lesson learned from previous documents
  • Line walk participation for documents release
  • Trainer for TQ011, TQ012, TQ013
