Every colleague shares in the company's success.Responsible for the administration and management of Telesales vendors and Acquisition Leads. Focused on converting prospects into clients, developing strategies in order to achieve targets consistently.
In terms of leads management, the role is to deliver conversion results including the coordination of implementations for key strategies, so that we deeply understand the needs of prospects coming from External Databases or Online Acquisition

Responsibilities:
- Administrate strategies for the leads operations.
- Identify resource requirements, project volume, timelines, and risk analysis within the team on all leads projects.
- Responsible for maintaining communication and alignment with between operation and channel management.
- Responsible for developing and maintaining appropriate relationships within third parties, the acquisitions group and across the company as needed so they become a reliable resource for getting leads updates
- Coordination of implementation projects from beginning stages to completion
