We are looking for a Product Designer to join PayPal's Rewards team.

Meet our Team:

PayPal Rewards exists across our customer journey through shopping, finances, and Checkout.

You will work with partners in design, product, engineering, research, and marketing to shape the Rewards experience in many customer touchpoints.

Rewards experiences are integrated into other PayPal products like shopping, Checkout, Debit Card, and Honey.

Your Way to Impact:

As a Product Designer within the Rewards team, you will help to create meaningful and cohesive end-to-end experiences for PayPal Rewards globally.

You will work alongside your cross-functional team members to influence decisions and ultimately deliver the best possible online rewards experience for our customers and merchants around the world.

Your Day to Day:

You will produce compelling design artifacts (screens, prototypes, presentations) that communicate a vision for Rewards experiences.
You will work with partners in product and engineering to deliver delightful and accessible experiences to our customers
You will collaborate with people in other domains, like Shopping, Checkout, and more to ensure a comprehensive end to end Rewards experience

What You Need to Bring:

Experience implementing or delivering actual projects is required
Experience facilitating implementations by building strong partner relationships, understanding business context, constraints, and the world around us is required
You are curious about how things work and have a point of view about how they should work and what makes something good
You can work within established patterns, frameworks and best practices without feeling constrained. When it's constraining, you work with people to expand the system.
A BA/BS/Master's Degree in the field of user experience, research or related field is preferred but not required
