Recognitions Program & Data Management Analyst

This role has been designated as 'Edge', which means you will primarily work outside of an HPE office.


Part of the Transformation Office, the eCommerce, Experience and Change Leadership (EECL) team is responsible for the end-to-end customer and partner experience.

This includes change and transition management for large scale transformation programs such as as-a Service, Private Cloud engagement, Prisma, experience design, mobile innovation and closed loop measurement of customer and partner satisfaction with the experience of doing business with HPE.

Beyond that, we consider our HPE employees as a key factor to provide outstanding partner and customer experiences and this requires different campaigns, content development and recognition programs execution.


The Recognitions Program & Data Management Analyst plays a vital role, leading program architecture, data management, process planning for different audiences at WW level to ensure HPE Culture and key behaviours are promoted across multiple organizations.


How you ́ll make your mark

  • Recognitions Programs/Project Plans
  • Project Management activities to support the execution of the program working with different groups in AMS, EMEA and APJ regions.
  • Recognition Reports and data consolidation
  • Generate reports from different surveys, ensure accuracy of outcomes and develop different views depending on audiences receiving the program content about employees recognized.
  • Elaborate and analyse data to enable program execution and communications
  • Flow process design and execution for our different programs
  • Manage inventories of kits and reports in coordination with our vendors
  • Data analysis and recommendations
  • Provide a monthly/quarterly gap analysis in the program and internal procedures, issues and process improvement recommendations based on the execution and feedback from stakeholders, employees recognized or any other HPE employee collaborating in the programs.
  • Mailbox admin services
  • Manage and answer all employee inquiries regarding our programs

About you

  • Bachelors degree in Statistics, Business administration, or equivalent.
  • Prior experience with Office software,
    in particular Excel, MS forms, PowerBI and internal SharePoint solutions
  • Expertise in data analysis, surveys, and project management
  • Typically, 3+ years experience.
  • Industry expertise in
    customer and partner experience and the c
    reation of metrics and data analysis methodologies

  • Experience of designing and integrating employee recognition solutions, methodologies, and practices into overall business architecture.
  • History of innovation with multiple examples of reports and dashboards for senior executives
  • Outstanding analytical, statistical, and problemsolving skills, strong organization, attention to detail and ability to deal with ambiguity.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and facilitation skills in English.
  • Ability to balance listening and advocacy to effectively communicate to BU and stakeholders
