POSITION SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS

  • Shows a solid understanding of the practices of Agile and Lean as outlined above.
  • Possible Accreditations: CSM, PSM I
  • 4+ years of working experience (related positions)
  • Strong English skills
  • Bachelor's degree


Can create their own metrics using data from the team's collaboration tools (such as Trello) and visualize them (using something like Klipfolio) to help them recognize issues.


  • Client Interaction: Has the ability to work directly with clients and address more in depth situations without assistance from their EM.Can run an Ops Review independently and effectively navigate a release plan with a client.
Can have hard conversations around expectations with clients.
Can negotiate practices with a client to help gain delivery speed while accurately conveying the risks.

  • Conflict Resolution: Has the ability to have necessary hard conversations with team members and coach them with their own internal conflict with other team members.
Recognizes internal conflict and proactively addresses it.

Can coach team members on how to have constructive conflict with each other.


Senior Level.

Full-time job (40 hours weekly).

6 months contract, with renewal in 6 month increments ongoing.

B2 to C1 Advanced English Level.

Availability from 8am-5pm in the CST-PST-EST time zone.

Remote Work.
